RegionalOne Credit Union's Relationship Rewards are designed to reward Members who support the Credit Union by making RegionalOne their main financial institution. Your Relationship Rewards will help you reduce or eliminate your access fees.
The Relationship Reward is determined by adding together the minimum balances during the month of your loans, savings and term deposit accounts, under a single membership number. This total is called your RegionalOne Relationship.
To identify your monthly Reward, refer to Table 1 – RegionalOne Rewards. Your Relationship Reward is then offset against the cost of Access Fees listed in Table 2.
Where Access Fees during the month are less than or equal to your Relationship Reward, you will pay no Access Fees. If the value of your Access Fees exceeds your monthly Relationship Reward, your account will be debited with the variance.
Relationship Rewards are calculated on a monthly basis - surplus rewards are not redeemable and do not carry over into the next month.

Note: Juniors under 16 and Associations / Clubs are exempt from Access Fees. Members between 16 and 21, and 60 years plus with a RegionalOne Relationship below $1,000.00 will receive an additional reward of $5.00 per month to assist with their transactional requirements.
How to calculate your Relationship Reward
1. Calculate your total minimum balances during the month - for example:

Based on a $13,100.00 relationship, you would be entitled to $15.00 worth of free withdrawal transactions during the month (see Table 1).
2. Calculate your transaction costs by multiplying the number of withdrawal transactions made by the cost of the transactions (see Table 2).

3. Subtract your Relationship Reward from the total transaction fees payable
$16.25 (Total Transaction Fees Payable) LESS $15.00 (Member Reward) = $1.25
The amount you will be required to pay in the above example is reduced to $1.25
