Variable Rate Home Loan
This loan offers you a great ongoing variable interest rate, no monthly account keeping fees and the flexibility to make extra repayments without penalty so you can manage your mortgage as you choose.
Rewards Home Loan
With a Rewards Home Loan eligible members will be given 0.25% discount off the standard variable loan rate and, provided the loan is not paid out within 3 years, pay no establishment fee.
Fixed Rate Home Loan
If you want the certainty of a fixed repayment amount, we can offer you a range of fixed interest home loans. We offer fixed interest terms for up to 5 years.
Interest Only
This loan minimises your repayments over a period up to 5 years, by making repayments just covering the interest charged to your loan. It may be beneficial to take this type of loan when constructing your home, or as a bridging loan while trying to sell your property.
Line of Credit
A line of credit facility is attached to your transaction account and is designed to help you over those peak periods when unexpected bills arrive. You can draw as much or as little as you want up to your pre-approved limit.
