	Insure both your building and contents
	Secure your property.  The more secure your property, the less you pay
	No claims bonus.  If you don't claim for 3 years, we will reward you with a discount of up to 30%
	Opt for a higher excess.  The higher the excess, the lower the premium you'll pay
	Over 50?  If you're over 50, your premium will be reduced
