By simply calling from any touch tone phone and following the voice prompts, you can:

What happens if I forget my access code?
You must notify RegionalOne that your access code is not working or you have forgotten it. We will issue you with a new access code on receipt of a completed and signed "Change of Access Code" Form. Print out and complete the form then:
- return this to your nearest branch; or
- mail the form to us at: PO Box 1000, Bendigo Vic, 3552; or
We'll get back to you once we have your request - it's that easy!
