Core Values
In pursuing our Mission, the people of RegionalOne will promote and uphold the following core values at all times and in all dealings with our primary stakeholders – our members (in their capacity as both “customers” and “owners”), our staff, our suppliers, the communities we serve, the credit union Movement and our regulators. We will:

- Seek to understand, equip and empower each Member to advance their financial wellbeing and financial security;
- Ensure that Member interests are advanced fairly and equitably;
- Educate, encourage and support prudent financial management practices among Members; and
- Strive to always achieve the standards set out in our Staff Service Charter
