Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of RegionalOne Credit Union Limited, will be held at the Quality Resort All Seasons Bendigo, 171 – 183 McIvor Road, Bendigo on Tuesday 14 October 2008 at 6.30pm.

BUSINESS

1. To receive the Financial Statements, Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2008. (Copies of these reports are available to members from 23 September 2008 at the registered office or any branch of RegionalOne Credit Union Limited, or you can click here to download a copy of the reports.)
2. To determine Directors' remuneration.
3. To elect two Directors (profiles of which can be viewed below):
   - Denis Higgins retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-election.
   - Geoffrey McLeod having been nominated and being eligible offers himself for election.
   - Brian Edwards having been nominated and being eligible offers himself for election. As the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies a ballot will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting.
4. To conduct any other General Business of which due notice has been given.

Should a member be unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, the member may vote by proxy. A proxy does not have to be a member of the credit union. Download an Appointment of Proxy form here, together with instructions on how to vote using this form, or call into the registered office or any branch of RegionalOne Credit Union Limited. Alternatively, telephone (03) 5443 0000.

Completed and signed Appointment of Proxy forms must be received by the Secretary by no later than 5.00pm on Friday 10 October 2008.
